CEL is designed to help future and practicing administrators improve their leadership skills. CEL works with schools and school districts directly to accomplish these tasks. Future administrators will receive staff development that is both practical and application based. Practicing administrators and school leaders will be provided with ongoing training and service opportunities that will hone their administrative skills and, at the same time, provide them with the necessary requirements for license renewal.

Benefits of Becoming a Member
School districts can benefit from CEL by becoming charter members. As charter members, school districts will receive:

  • Assistance with the recruitment and selection of administrative candidates
  • Assistance with ongoing staff development of their administrative staff
  • Use of a nation-wide database for administrative and teacher staffing searches
  • Use of technology for interviewing prospective candidates from other states
  • Use of administrative interns

Remember, membership is free of charge or obligation as we begin our programs and our journey toward helping you improve your school. We welcome you to take the opportunity to register with us today!
